"I have been using and teaching various forms of guided dental implant placement for the last 13 years. The concept of three-dimensional pre-surgical planning through the use of radiographic markers and verified surgical templates was published by Higginbottom in 1996. Evolving technologies in the areas of patient imaging, notably Cone Beam CT Scans, and refinement of surgical instrumentation and dental laboratory procedures have led to notable advances in the planning and fabrication of incredibly accurate surgical templates. My experience with the nSequence approach to planning and executing a very challenging surgical case was nothing short of amazing. Their website easily uploaded my CBVT's dicom files directly to their server and within a short time I was connected to a technician via phone conference/web meeting to plan ideal implant placement. Their software helped to quickly determine and visualize the location of the inferior alveolar canal and we were able to accurately and safely determine implant size and three-dimensional positioning within my prescribed restorative plan. The true to life, AccuDental model that was produced by the nSequence lab gave me added confidence that the virtual planning in cyberspace would be carried out successfully in the patient's mouth. Also, the surgical template came complete with a drilling sequence flow chart for each implant site that works with my selected implant company's surgical kit to make the process flawless. Thus, a case that otherwise would have been an extreme challenge with limited bone volume and a higher than typical potential for nerve damage became a very routine and stress free procedure for me and the patient. Having seen and worked with a number of "guided" implant surgical template protocols, the nSequence approach is one that I can highly recommend for both experienced and novice implant surgeons alike."

Dr. Keith has published several articles and has presented his research into dental implants internationally. "As an endodontist, I realized that I needed superior lab support for CT guided implant placement and nSequence far exceeded my expectations. I have been using nSequence for several years now for all of my implant cases from planning to placement.

The need for custom appliances has been eliminated with the use their radiographic repositioning device (RRD) during preop CT scans. Their expert knowledge and preparation for our GotoMeeting sessions makes it quick and easy to virtually position and place the implant, which produces predictable results. The Supplementary Guidance Kit has taken all of the guesswork for precise placement of the implant in all 3 axis. I am thrilled with the precision fit of your custom abutments and crowns. Thank you so much for all of you help. I could not have made the transition into implant dentistry without your support."
